Operating instructions for backpack with lighting system

Integrated lighting system for better
visibility in the dark
The on/off switch for the lighting system is integrated in the
battery casing located in the side pocket on the right-hand side
of the backpack.
The rechargeable and, if necessary, exchangeable battery (Li-Ion
3,7V 800 mAh) has to be charged before the first use.
For charging, please use the Micro-USB/USB cable included in the
side pocket in combination with a power plug with a USB port or
a powerbank (both not supplied) and pay attention to the correct
insertion direction of the Micro-USB charging socket.
The charging time depends on the loading current and is normally
in the range of 30-90 minutes.
The control LED next to the charging socket in the battery
casing flashes blue during operation and red while charging. As
soon as the battery is fully charged, the LED turns off. The lighting
duration of the lighting system is about 7.5 hours when used
continuously.
Lock pocket for easy stowing
The lower zipper pocket offers an ideal place for the foldable lock
with item no. 33D.087.703 or other goods to be stored separately.

Suspension system for
hydration packs
Standard commercially available water
bladder systems can be placed in the com-
partment at the back and secured using
the carabiner hook at the top. The drinking
straw can be guided through the rain-pro-
tected outlet above the carabiner hook and
additionally secured with the webbing on
the right shoulder strap.
RFID compartment for
protecting sensitive
card data
The RFID compartment is the ideal place
to store your bank, credit or ID cards. All
card data is protected against unsolicited
reading through the use of a special foil
woven with aluminium threads.
