Exhausted battery
EMERGENCY OPENING
If the battery is completely exhausted, the contacts has oxidised or hasn't
been used for a long time, it is possible to open the lock by powering it from
the outside.
Place a battery (rectangular 9V alkaline type) on the round contacts on the
keyboard, open the lock and substitute the battery inside.
IMPORTANT: do not detach the battery until the lock is fully opened
(wait for the four beeps signalling "OK opened").

Ensure that you only program the lock when the door is open
After changing the code always try the code several times with the door open
The lock has Time Delay. Long Time Delays imply higher battery consumption
Caution! Don't forget your code, the lock can not be used anymore

SETTING THE TIME DELAY
The door and the lock must be open
Time Delay: the time between the first and second code entry in minutes
Opening window: the period of time in minutes during which the code can be entered a second time
and the lock can be opened

minutes (from 00 to 99)

The third digit defines the Opening Window in

PARTICULAR CASES
THE LOCK DOEs NOT OPEN
•
The lock does not emit any audible tone at all: the battery is exhausted.
Open the lock following the procedure "Emergency opening".
•
The lock emits 4 beeps that mean "OK opened" but fails to open completely,
and if other keys are pressed an error signal is emitted: press
closes again or the lock re-closes and reopens immediately and you can
repeat the opening procedure.
