To Reset via Computer Without Fingerprint
If you are unable to use your fingerprint to erase, open or reset your lock, follow the steps below:
- Download and install the TouchLock Tool App from
- Connect lock to computer via the micro-USB port using a micro-USB cable.
- To open the smart lock: Click on "Unlock by Password" as shown below:
*Note: The factory setting default password is "0000"; for security reasons you should change the
four digits to your own personal password.
- Erase all fingerprint records by clicking on "Delete Fingerprints".
- Click "yes" if you are sure you want to delete all fingerprints.
- Then enter 4 digit password and click "Confirm".
To change 4 digit password:
- Select "change password"
- Enter current 4 digit password
- Enter and confirm the new 4 digit Password
