1. Follow the instructions referring to Fig. B1-1 or

B1-2, according to your ladder type.
2. For Fig. B1-1, measure and mark with a pencil the
hole pattern. Repeat for both rails. Then using a
drill and 1/4" drill bit, drill the rails at the marks just

made.
3. For Fig. B1-2 drill over the highlighted holes using a
drill and 3/8" drill bit. Repeat for both rails.

1. Bolt the BRACKETS to the side rails using (4) H1 bolts,
(4) H2 locknuts and (8) H3 washers as shown in Fig.
B2-1 aligning them to the identified holes. Do not tighten
brackets down until you have installed and adjusted the
webbing.
2. Thread the webbing around the bracket and through slot
as shown in Figs. B2-1 and B2-2.
3. Adjust and tighten steadily all bolts and locknuts using
(2) 7/16" wrenches. For further adjustments, brackets
must be loosened.

1. Siga las instrucciones haciendo referencia a la Fig. B1-1 o
B1-2, dependiendo de su tipo de escalera.
2. Para la Fig. B1-1, mida y marque con un lápiz el patrón de
agujeros. Repita para ambos largueros. Luego, usando un
taladro y una broca de 1/4", taladre los largueros en las
marcas que acaba de hacer.
3. Para la Fig. B1-2 taladre sobre los agujeros remarcados
usando un taladro y una broca de 3/8". Repita para ambos
largueros.
HACIA LADO POSTERIOR DE ESCALERA
1. Atornille los SOPORTES a los largueros usando (4)
tornillos H1, (4) tuercas H2, y (8) arandelas H3 como
se muestra en la Fig. B2-1 alineándolos con los
agujeros identificados. No apriete los soportes hasta
que haya instalado y ajustado el cinto flexible.
2. Enrolle el cinto alrededor de la oreja y a través de la
ranura como se muestra en las Figs. B2-1 y B2-2.
3. Ajuste y apriete firmemente todos los tornillos y
tuercas usando (2) llaves de 7/16". Para ajustes
posteriores, las orejas deberán ser aflojadas.
