Note: In order to prolong the life of your roller, some internal parts should be cleaned and
then lubricated with petroleum jelly prior to storage. Follow the steps below.
Lubrication
1. Remove the trigger housing from the
paint tube by turning it 1/4 turn (figure
10).
2. Unthread the roller arm nut (a) from
the trigger housing (b) and remove the
roller arm (figure 11).
3. Pull out the valves (c) at the rear as
well as the front of the trigger housing
(figure 12).
4. Remove the end cap of the paint tube
by pressing the buttons (d) on either
side of the cap (figure 13).
Note: The end cap cannot be removed
if the handle assembly (e) is pulled all
the way out. Make sure the handle
assembly is at least partially inside the
tube.
5. Pull out the entire handle assembly (e).
