2.2 Installation
Follow the steps below. Refer to the figures when performing these steps.
For installation of RS232 option only,
1.
Plug the RS232 communication cable into the 3-pin socket on the
communication board.
Note: If the scale is powered with rechargeable battery, plug the RS232 cable into
the same location on the communication PCB board, and keep the extra PCB
board as a backup for future use.
2.
Open the battery compartment, insert the communication board into the slot
on the left side of the battery compartment and press it firmly.
