LUGGAGE LOCATOR
Locate your luggage with the push of a button! Using new, patented technologies Luggage Locator
sent from a remote to a receiver attached to your bags, making it fun and easy to locate your luggage after a trip.
The Luggage Locator Pro system consists of a remote and receiver(s). The remote and receiver(s) have a 60 ft signal range and
™
operate using radio frequency (RF) technology. Luggage Locator
can locate several bags with the same remote, making it ideal for family or group travel. (Note: Additional receivers can be purchased
separately.)
TO USE:
1. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the receiver and insert the LR03 1.5V alkaline battery. Replace the battery
cover.
2. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the remote and insert the 27A 12V alkaline battery. Replace the battery
cover.
3. Fasten the receiver to the handle of your luggage with the attached cable strap.
4. Before checking your luggage with the airline, cruise line or bellhop, activate Luggage Locator™ Pro by sliding the button located on
the back panel of the receiver to the ON position.
5. Turn on the remote by sliding the small switch located on the side of the remote to the ON position. The tab below the switch will
appear green when the remote is on and red when the remote is off.
6. Push the button located on the front of the remote to test the system. The LED light will turn on and the receiver will beep and
flash. *If your receiver fails to beep when tested, follow the instructions below "TO PROGRAM MULTIPLE RECEIVERS".
7. After testing, slide the switch on the remote to the OFF position to prevent involuntary activation during your trip. Place the
remote in your pocket or attach it to a key chain or carry on using the attached cable strap.
8. Slide the switch on the remote to the ON position when you are ready to locate your luggage.
9. When you are within a 60 ft radius of your luggage, push the button on the remote. The receiver will beep and flash, helping you
quickly and easily locate your luggage.
TO PROGRAM MULTIPLE RECEIVERS:
You can add additional receivers to your Luggage Locator
gram a new receiver(s), follow the instructions below. In the event that your Luggage Locator
reason and does not beep when you press the button on the remote, you can also use these instructions to re-program the system.
1. Place remote and receiver within 2 inches of one another.
2. Slide the switch on the remote to the ON position.
3. Slide the button on the back panel of the receiver to the ON position.
4. Using a pen or other small device, press and hold the reset button located on the back panel of the receiver while at the same time
pressing and holding the activation button on the remote until the receiver beeps.
5. The receiver is now programmed to work with the remote.
REPLACING THE BATTERY:
Check battery life before each use. If the receiver battery power is low, the small red LED light on the receiver will blink every four
seconds.
To Replace the Receiver Battery:
1. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the receiver.
2. Replace the depleted battery with one fresh LR03 1.5V alkaline battery.
3. Replace the battery cover.
To Replace the Remote Battery:
1. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the remote.
2. Replace the depleted battery with one fresh 27A 12V alkaline battery.
3. Replace the battery cover.

• Remote and receiver are water resistant, not water proof. Do not immerse remote or receiver in liquid.
• Do not expose product to intense heat or intense sun light.
• The batteries used with this product are considered chemical waste. Please dispose of depleted batteries properly.
• Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority
to operate the equipment.
