CLEANING THE HEPA-ESP FILTER

REMOVING THE FILTER
1. Make sure the device is unplugged.
2. Tilt the fan downwards and remove the back grid.
3. Use both hands to push in the locking mechanism
of the HEPA-ESP filter lightly so it can be removed
from the device.
CLEANING BY HAND
1. Use PH-neutral detergent (10 g / 1000 ml) in 40 °C
water to wash.
2. After washing, rinse with clean water, and dry
with a clean soft cloth.
3. Leave the filter in dry place for at least 5 hours to
make sure it is completely dry before putting it
back into the fan unit.
CLEANING BY DISHWASHER
Do not wash the Filter together with dishes or
materials containing fat and grease.
Only use PH-neutral cleaning detergents suit-
able for your dishwashing machine.
Set the cleaning temperature not higher than
70 °C.
Only wash for one wash cycle and for no lon-
ger than 2 hours (including the drying).
1. Put the Filter into the dishwashing machine.
2. Take out the filter from the dishwashing machine,
and check for damages or deformations to the
Filter. Do not reinsert a damaged Filter into the
device.
3. After washing always check if the filter is com-
pletely dry. If necessary, leave the filter in a dry
place for up to 5 hours to ensure it can completely
dry before reinserting it into the fan.
4. Always let the filter cool down to room tempera-
ture before putting back into the fan unit.
