INSTALLATION
The CD-ROM supplied with your Firestorm Wireless Gamepad installs the Thrustmaster package, which includes the
Thrustmaster drivers and the Thrustmapper programming software.
1. Switch on your PC and insert the installation CD into your CD-ROM drive. Click on Next (if the CD is not automatically
launched, double-click on My Computer, then double-click on the CD-ROM icon).
If your system detects an earlier version of DirectX than the version provided with Thrustmapper, a dialog box will appear
automatically in order to update DirectX. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the new version of DirectX and click on OK
to reboot your PC. Continue the installation procedure: double-click on My Computer then double-click on the CD-ROM icon.
2. Click on Next and follow the on-screen instructions to install Thrustmapper.
3. The installation utility proposes two types of installation: Typical (recommended) or Custom (lets you select the
components to be installed). Make your choice and click on Next.

Die CD-ROM, die sich im Lieferumfang Ihres Firestorm Wireless Gamepad befindet, installiert das Thrustmaster-Software-
Paket mit den Treiberdateien der Programmiersoftware Thrustmapper.
1. Schalten Sie Ihren PC an und legen Sie Installations-CD-ROM. Klicken Sie auf Weiter (sollte das Installationsprogramm
nicht automatisch starten, dann klicken Sie doppelt auf Arbeitsplatz und dort doppelt auf das CD-ROM-Laufwerk).
Sollte auf Ihrem Rechner eine ältere DirectX-Version installiert sein als die von Thrustmapper mitgelieferte Version, werden
Sie mit einem Hinweis über ein Update darauf hingewiesen. Folgen Sie in diesem Fall den Installationsanweisungen, um
die aktuelle DirectX-Version zu installieren und klicken Sie nach erfolgter Installation auf OK, um den PC neu zu starten.
Um mit der Installation der Thrustmapper-Software fortzufahren, klicken Sie doppelt nach dem Neustart auf Arbeitsplatz
und dann auf das CD-ROM-Laufwerk.
2. Klicken Sie auf Weiter und folgen Sie den Installationsanweisungen, um die Thrustmapper-Software zu installieren.
3. Die Installation kann auf zwei Arten erfolgen: Standard (empfohlen) oder Benutzer (überlässt Ihnen die Auswahl der zu
installierenden Komponenten). Wählen Sie die entsprechende Option aus und klicken Sie auf Weiter.

El CD-ROM provisto con tu Firestorm Wireless Gamepad instala el paquete Thrustmaster, el cual incluye los drivers
Thrustmaster y el software de configuración Thrustmapper.
1. Enciende tu ordenador e introduce el CD-ROM de instalación en tu unidad de CD-ROM. Haz click en Siguiente (si el
CD-ROM no se ejecuta automáticamente, haz doble click en Mi PC y después doble click en el icono del CD-ROM).
Si tu sistema detecta una versión anterior de DirectX que la que viene con Thrustmapper, aparecerá un cuadro de diálogo
automáticamente para actualizar DirectX. Sigue las instrucciones en pantalla para instalar la nueva versión de DirectX y
haz click en OK para reiniciar tu ordenador. Continúa la instalación: haz doble click en Mi PC y después doble click en el
icono del CD-ROM.
2. Haz click en Siguiente y sigue en las instrucciones para instalar Thrustmapper.
3. La herramienta de instalación te propone dos tipos de instalación: Típica (recomendada) o Personalizada (te permite
seleccionar los componentes que deseas instalar). Selecciona la que prefieras y haz click en Siguiente.

controladores da Thrustmaster e o software de programação Thrustmapper.
1. Ligue o seu PC e insira o CD-ROM de instalação na respectiva unidade. Clique em Seguinte (se o CD-ROM não for
lançado automaticamente, faça duplo clique em O meu computador e depois no ícone do CD-ROM).
No caso de o seu sistema detectar uma versão de DirectX anterior à versão fornecida com software Thrustmapper,
aparecerá automaticamente uma caixa de diálogo a fim de actualizar o DirectX. Siga as instruções que surgirem no ecrã
para instalar a nova versão de DirectX, e clique depois em OK para reiniciar o seu PC. Continue com o procedimento de
instalação: faça duplo clique em O meu computador e depois no ícone do CD-ROM.
2. Clique em Seguinte e siga as instruções que aparecerem no ecrã para instalar Thrustmapper.
3. O utilitário de instalação propõe dois tipos de instalação: Normal (recomendada) ou Personalizada (deixa-o seleccionar
os componentes a instalar). Faça a sua escolha e clique em Seguinte.
