Connect the device in the cigarette lighter adaptor jack in your car.

Insert the plug from the dock in the corresponding jack on your
iPod and place the iPod on the dock. You will be able to see the iPod's
battery begin to charge.

Power your car stereo on and switch to the radio function.

Use the frequency selector on your car kit in order to choose he
desired frequency. The frequency will appear on the iPod's screen
and this display will change as you change between the 200 possible
frequencies available from 88.1 to 107.8 MHz.

Synthesize the same frequency you are using on your car kit on
your car stereo's radio.
6.
Begin playback from your iPod.

Adjust the volume level on your car stereo. The volume will no
longer be adjustable from your iPod because it will automatically adjust
to a constant volume level.

You will now be able to listen to the audio signal being emitted from
you iPod on your car stereo.
9.- To save a radio station in memory, press and hold the button M.
10.- To select a station stored in memory, press the button in the middle,
every time you press this button the radio stations will change.
11.- As long as the iPod is connected to your car kit, and your car is
running, the iPod's battery will charge.
If you hear noise or distortion, it is recommended that you change
the frequency being used. Keep trying different frequencies until
