POST INSTALLATION

Closely follow Post Install Kit installation
instructions or use a Post Sleeve over an existing
wood 4x4.
LEVEL RAIL INSTALLATION
1.
Measure distance between posts (Fig. 1) and
subtract ¼". Cut top and bottom rails to this
dimension.
2.
Decorative Screen Panel height needs to be cut
to 30½". Make only one cut on the panel for the
height. The uncut edge is needed to insert into the
bottom rail. Decorative Screen panel width needs
to be cut to the distance between posts (finished
opening) minus 4¼". We recommend you divide
this by 2 and take an equal amount off each side
of the Decorative Screen Panel to maintain the
patterns symmetry (Fig. 2).

Place bottom rail on a flat surface with route facing
up.
4.
Insert Decorative Screen Panel into the routed slot
and depress until it touches the aluminum stiffener
(Fig. 3). Ensure the Decorative Screen Panel is
centered in the bottom rail with equal spacing on
either side.
