WARNING
Please check that the equipment has no technical faults; in the case of damage or lose
connecting elements don't use the product anymore. Adjustments to the product or use
of non-original parts can lead to accidents. The set is not stable unless sufficient ballast
is used. Before training, please fill the set with sufficient sand and check stability. Before
use chose a location for training with sufficient space, so that no damage can be caused
to persons or other objects. We advise that the set is stored in a dry and dark place. When
necessary clean your set using a slightly damp cloth. Moisture on the metal parts of the
equipment can lead to rust and should therefore be avoided. Boxing gloves of a suitable
size should always be worn during training.

PUTTING TOGETHER
Step 1:
Remove all parts from the packaging. Next pump up the ball (10). To do this screw the val-
ve adapter (11) on to the pump and pierce the valve on the ball. Pump until the ball is hard
(not too hard otherwise it could burst. If the ball is too hard boxing can become painful!)
Remove the pump and keep it safe, as the ball could lose pressure over time. If you wish
to deflate the ball, simply pierce the valve using the valve adapter.
Step 2:
Next, screw the ball onto the telescopic tube (9). For best mounting, two different screws
should be used to fix the ball in place. For the lower cross screw, make sure the inner
tube is screwed in in such a way that the borehole is completely open and the screw can
penetrate easily. Following this, bolt the cross screw together with a cap nut and two lock
washers. Another smaller screw must then be screwed into the upper hole.
Step 3:
Now it is time for the base: Is the plastic sleeve already on the spring (7)? If not, first place
it over the spring so that no hair or fingers can get caught in the spring thread. Then place
the metal plate with the hole (5) in it over the pipe with the spring (7) as shown in the pic-
ture. Now insert the guide sleeve (2) into the base (1) from above and push the tube with
the spring (7) through along with the metal disc (5). Mount another guide sleeve (2) and a
centering plate (4) before fixing the entire construction with the Allen key (6).
Step 4:
A suitable key is provided to tighten the Allen screw. The screw has a type of glue on
the thread and is therefore more difficult to tighten. This is to prevent it from becoming
lose. If the screw is tightened often it can cause wear and become unsafe, which would
require the screw to be replaced. Now place the standpipe (8) on top; it fits into the spring
knob on the spring pipe. Loosen the plastic thread on the support tube (8) by turning
it anti-clockwise. Then place the telescopic tube (9) into the support tube (8). Fix the
telescopic tube (9) in position by turning the plastic thread attached to the support tube
(8) in a clockwise direction so as to tighten it. The middle of the ball can now be set to a
height between 1160 and 1600 mm. There are markings 50 mm from the bottom end of
the telescope pipe. The pipe must not be lifted further than these markings, as the plastic
thread would then no longer be safe. Make sure that plastic thread is screwed tight during
use so that the ball cannot move on its own.
Step 5:
Now fill the base with sand and place the cap (3) on the opening. Make sure that you only
use the punch ball on surfaces which are not sensitive!
