8. Fault code and solution

Fault code
Problem with the left count sensor error or the
relative circuit.
Problem with the right count sensor error or the
relative circuit.
Something or dust covered the banknote
receiving sensor.
Problem with the reset sensor.
1. Problem with the main motor error.
2. Problem with the driving belt error.
3. Problem with spend(dial)sensor.
Judge the feeding sensor error or not.
Reason
1. Poor contact of the emitter tube, re-plugging.
2. Poor contact of the receiving tube, re-plugging.
3. Replace the right counting sensor.
1. Poor contact of the emitter tube, re-plugging.
2. Poor contact of the receiving tube, re-plugging.
3. Replace the right counting sensor.
1. Remove all things in the stacker
2. Replace the reset sensor or plug well.
1. Replace the main motor.
2. Replace the driving belt.
3. Replace the speed sensor or plug well.
and clean the sensor.
Cover the sensor then turn on the machine, if the display show"EA4" means the
sensor is in good working condition, otherwise the feeding sensor or the connect
circuit fault.
