DESCRIPTION

The heating mantles are flexible silicone bands insulated in mineral wool
that allow, by means of a spring fastening system, to adapt to 200-liter
metal drums with a diameter of 60cm to heat them before use.
The bands are equipped with a Schuko plug to connect directly to the
power supply. The maximum temperature that can be reached on the
band inner surface is 210ºC.

INSTALLATION

It does not require any special installation. The bands are mounted by
simply hugging the drum, making sure that the band is as flat as possible
for a better thermal contact.
Once installed, plug them into the mains.
Be sure that the voltage supply is the same as the one indicated
on the characteristic plate of the equipment.
Do not use the equipment if it is NOT earthed.
If you have to change the plug, bear in mind the following:
Blue cable: Neutral.
Brown cable: Phase.
Yellow/green cable: Earth.
Note:
The equipment does not have neither a control thermostat nor a safety
thermostat.
It is recommended never to leave the installation unattended.
Note:
For a correct operation, when assembling the heating bands they can-
not overlap each other, as it would generate a high temperature at that
point and could damage the bands.
