2.14.2 EMPTYING operations

Domestic hot water circuit (storage tank):
– close the domestic hot water circuit isolation valve
(prearranged in installation)
– connect a rubber hose to the tank drain valve (5) and open it
– when it has fully emptied, shut-off the tank drain valve (5).
Boiler:
– loosen the automatic bleed valve (4)
– close the heating circuit isolation valves (prearranged in
installation)

– check that the filling valve (3) is shut-off
– connect a rubber hose to the boiler drain valve (6) and open it
– when it has fully emptied, shut-off the boiler drain valve (6)
– close the automatic bleed valve (4).
