LIGHT ENGINE REPLACEMENT
Open the unit and disconnect all

connectors from the charger board,
remove the screws from the plastic cover
and charger board and take them out.
Unscrew
screws
CHARGER BOARD REPLACEMENT
Disconnect input leads on the charger

board. Remove plastic cover from the
housing.

MAINTENANCE
Remove mounting screws from the bracket and remove the light

engine assembly. Carefully unplug connectors from the light
engine and reconnect the connectors to the new light engine.
Reinstall light engine assembly and ensure that the lamp wires
are not pinched.
Disconnect all connectors from the
charger board.

Remove all the screws from the

charger board, replace the charger
board, connect the connectors in the
same orientation to the new charger
board.
