Nevertheless, measures must be taken to pre-
vent any leakage of the contents under normal
conditions of carriage, i.e. all openings of the
tank und der Kugelhahn (item d) must
be closed.
Please note: This ADR exemption does not apply
if the sole purpose of the journey is the internal
or external supply of equipment with diesel fuel.
In this case, ADR-approved transport containers
are required.
4. Environmental conditions
The DT-Mobil Easy should not be exposed to
direct sunlight for extended periods during trans-
port or storage.
Excessive heating can result in deformation of
the high-grade plastic tank.
Suitable storage conditions are
max. - 10 °C to + 40 °C.
5. Inspection by Owner
An inspection of the inside and outside condition
of the tank should be carried out at least once
every twelve months.
These inspections should be documented as
follows: see page 16.
6. Maintenance
The filling tank DT-Mobil Easy should be
checked at regular intervals for damage to the
tank and leaks at the fittings. Defective parts
must be replaced. The intake filter in the tank
must be cleaned at least once per year or when
the intake or conveyance performance of the
pump is low. This is done by pulling the suction
hose with intake filter a required amount out of
the filling opening by hand with the least pos-
sible tank content. Regular maintenance of the
respective pump is not necessary. Dirt or diesel
residue adhering to the tank must be removed
immediately.
Note: The filling station must always be kept in a
usable condition.

7. Warranty
Under our general terms and conditions of trade
we warrant that the equipment will be produced
free from defects in materials, functionality or
workmanship. These can be inspected at

The warranty applies only under the condition that
the above operating and maintenance instructions
and all applicable regulations are closely followed.
Modification of the filling station by the customer
without consultation with the manufacturer
CHEMOWERK GmbH invalidates any claims
under the statutory warranty.
