go to a Service Centre
Your Faber won't turn on?
› Check that the power socket is working.
Does the light for the thermostat that regulates
the temperature (coffee dispensing light/steam
dispensing light) stay on/not turn on?
› Go to a Service Centre
Your Faber no longer dispenses coffee?
› Check that there is water in the tank.
› Check that the silicone tube is properly positioned
in the tank.
› Clean the shower filter.
› Try to descale the circuits.
Your Faber makes an unusual noise when
dispensing?
› Check that there is water in the tank.
› Check that the rear silicone tube is correctly
inserted in the appropriate tray.
Your Faber no longer draws water from the
appropriate tank?
› Check that there is water in the tank.
› Check that the rear silicone tube is correctly
positioned in the appropriate tray.
› Check that the silicone tube is undamaged.
Your Faber is leaking from the pod press?
› Check that the pod is correctly positioned in its
housing when dispensing.
› Check that the pod press adheres correctly to the
inserted pod until it clicks shut.
› Check that the Viton O-ring is present in the bottom
part of the pod press.
Your Faber is leaking from the top of the pod
press?
› The diffuser placed in the upper part of the pod
press can loosen or wear out its gaskets from
dispensing: go to a Service Centre.
Your Faber is leaking water onto the shelf?
› Check that the drip tray is undamaged and stored
correctly.
Your Faber is dispensing too quickly?
› Always use good quality pods with a suitable
weight (ESE 44 mm): a pod with poor quality/
quantity ground coffee jeopardises the chance for a
good cup of coffee!
› Check that the thermostats that regulate the
temperature switch on and off as usual (consult the
instructions for use in this manual).
› Adjust the brass pod press.
Your Faber is dispensing too slowly/only
dispensing small drops?
› Check that there is water in the tank.
› Clean the shower filter.
› Try to descale and clean the circuits with products
that are not too aggressive, acidic or unsuitable.
Your Faber makes cold coffee?
› Check that the thermostats work as per
usual (see the instructions for use in this manual)

maintenance and/or use of your Faber are excluded
from the warranty. Remember to always periodically
