• Always wear an approved Coast Guard personal flotation device (PFD)
• Do not use in strong winds, open water, strong currents or dangerous tides.
• Be aware of changing weather conditions.
• Be aware of your limitations and do not exceed your abilities.
• Do not use this product under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
HOW TO USE (Standing, using a standard paddle board paddle. Not supplied)
• Stand in a comfortable stance with your feet shoulder width apart and keep your knees slightly bent, keep your
shoulders back, and look straight ahead.
• Grab your paddle and place one hand on top end of paddle palm down and your other hand approximately 24"
down shaft of paddle. Paddle in a forward motion, with your arms slightly bent.
• To turn left paddle on the right side of the SUP. To turn right paddle on the left side of the SUP.
HOW TO USE (Sitting, using a standard kayak paddle. Not supplied)
• Attache the removable seat to the SUP by clipping the straps of the seat to the D-rings located to the left and
right sides of the EVA foam pad.
• Adjust the straps and seat location to your comfort. Please note if the backrest seems to far forward or to far
back you can simply move the seat pad forward or back to compensate for this without readjusting the straps.
• Once you are on the water you will paddle your SUP in the same fashion as a kayak, dipping the paddle
ends into the water one side after another. Turning can be achieved by paddling on one side only until turn is
achieved, or by dragging the paddle to create a pivot point for the SUP to turn around.
