Check that the AC/DC
adapter and the power
cable are not damaged.
Check that the USB cable
is connected properly.
Check that the USB cable
is not damaged.
Disconnect the pump from
the USB-A port of the
balance. Connect a USB
mouse to the same USB-A
port. Verify that a pointer
(arrow) appears on the
terminal and can be
moved by moving the
mouse.
Check with another pump,
if available.
Check if the weighing
result is stable when using
a test weight.

Remedy
Connect the USB cable
properly.
Replace the USB cable.
If the mouse pointer does
not appear, contact your
