DVD PLAYER SETUP

15 Press D. SET to enter the DVD menu. Use the arrow buttons to select items to adjust:

1. General Set up (Allgemeine Einstellung)

• TV Display:

• OSD Language: Set the OSD language

• Screen Saver: Set a screen saver when the player stops or the picture is frozen to protect the

screen being damaged.

On (start the screen saver)

Off (remove the screen saver)

• Last Memory: set the setting on the last memory

On (start the memory)

Off (remove the memory)

• Source: choose playing first between DISC, USB, Card

2. Audio set up (Toneinstellung)

• Speaker Setup

Downmix: LT/RT: output signal incorporated to left and right channel

Stereo: Output signal incorporated to stereo

3. Dolby Digital

• Dynamic: Set the compression ratio in order to control the sound contrast

4. Preference (Eigenschaften)

• Audio: If the listed language is recorded on the disc, then you can choose this language for

playback.

• Subtitle: If the listed language is recorded on the disc, then you can choose this as subtitle.

• Disc Menu: If the listed language is recorded on the disc, then you can choose this to be

displayed on the menu.

• Parental: Some pre-recorded DVD's are supplied with parental control ratings. The Rating

function allows you to prevent playback of unsuitable material by setting the rating available

for playback. The following ratings are available. Rating 1 is the lowest, rating 8 is the highest.

Note: When changing parental setting a password is required.

• Password: Reset the password. The initial password is 123456.

• Default: This feature will reset the DVD's setup configuration to its factory default settings.

WATCHING DVD

16 1. Press INPUT to select DVD input source.

2. Insert a DVD into the slot. The system will draw disc inside and load automatically.

3. Press the arrow buttons to adjust and OK to confirm the settings.
