TO USE THE WARM FUNCTION
The warm function is for warming and keeping food warm after heating.
NOTE:
1. Place wire rack in the oven.
2. Arrange food on the wire rack or in the baking pan.
3. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature.
4. Turn the function selector knob to the warm
elements will operate. (The heating elements will cycle ON and OFF to
maintain temperature.)
5. Turn the timer knob to the desired time. The timer can be set for up to 60
minutes. At the end of the cooking time a bell signal sounds and the oven
turns off automatically.
6. When warming is completed, open door fully and remove food carefully.
Cooked food can be very hot, especially pastry fillings. Handle with care.
WARNING:
TO USE THE VARIABLE BROIL FUNCTION
1. Place wire rack in the oven.
2. Arrange food in the baking pan and place on top of the wire rack inside
the oven.
3. Close the door to the first notch, leaving approximately a 8 cm (3-inch) gap at
the top. This will insure adequate airflow during broiling.
4. Turn the temperature control knob to the broil
5. Turn the function selector knob to the broil
6. Turn the timer knob to the desired time. (The timer can be set to STAY ON or
for up to 60 minutes.) At the end of the cooking time a bell signal sounds and
the oven turns off automatically. Both top heating elements will operate.
7. Turn food over about halfway through the broiling time.
8. When broiling is completed, open door fully and remove food carefully.
Do not leave the oven unattended.
