TROUBLESHOOTING
BREAKDOWN
1 Yellow Indicator is on.

ANALYSIS
1. Bad power ventilation lead to
over-heat protection
2. Circumstance temperature is
too high.

1. Potentiometer broken (current
regulation).
1. Scarcity of phase.
2. Switch broken.
3. Fan broken.
4. Wire broken or falling off.
1. Welder getting overheated.

1. Electrode Holder's capacity is
too small.
2. Cable is of small size.
3. Replace it with another one in
conformity with the requirement.

1. Improve the ventilation condition.
