If the operator does not accept payment via the box, ask for a Reporto di Mancato Pagamento and
contact your supplier for payment.
On the ASFINAG NETWORK (AUSTRIA)
You must stop as soon as possible and follow these instructions:
1/ Go to the nearest GO-BOX point
2/ At the GO-BOX point:
- Present the vehicle declaration (Fahrzeugdeklaration), downloaded from your
customer area
- Tell the ASFINAG staff where the fault occurred
- Pay for your travel. You must have a payment card or a
fuel card
- Pick up a GO-BOX (temporary tag)
3/ Store your unit in the aluminium envelope provided to avoid being invoiced multiple
times.
i The journeys recorded with the temporary tag will not be the responsibility of the
unit issuer.
