Figure 1: AES3 adapter cable pinouts for a 25-way D-type connector to eight XLRs using the
standard "Tascam" pinout configuration. This provides two sets of eight AES3 outputs, one set on
connectors 1 to 4 and the other set on connectors 5 to 8. (One of these AES3 cable looms is supplied
with the XL48 unit.)
