• The master / secondary earbud is used separately. First of all, please
connect each earbud to your mobile device separately, one at a time.
Leave the other earbud in the charging box when connecting to your
device. The Bluetooth search result should find "cGEM" for each
earbud. This way, the first earbud you take out from the charging box
will serve as your master earbud.
• When the earbud is placed in the charging box, and the charging
indicator does not light up, it means that the charging box is out of
battery. Also, please make sure that the earbuds are inserted properly.
• The earbuds has its own power-saving function and will power off
automatically after 5 minutes without connection. If you want to
turn on the earbuds, you can turn them on manually by pressing
the multifunctional button for 1 second, or you can put them back
in the charging box and take them out again. Then they will turn on
automatically.
