The appliance is intended only for domestic use,
not for professional use.

oPerAtion - before use for the first time
1. Take the appliance out of the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').
oPerAtion - fitting/removing the lower pressing cone
1. Fitting: carefully insert the pressing cone (3) through the opening in the pulp dish (4).
2. Removal: carefully pull the pressing cone out of the opening in the pulp dish.
oPerAtion - using the citrus press
1. Fit the juice container (5) onto the motor (7) unit and turn the container clockwise to lock it in position.
2. Place the lower pressing cone (3) in the pulp dish (4) (see 'Fitting/removing the pressing cone').
3. Place the pulp dish on the juice container, making sure the pressing cone is fitted correctly onto the
motor shaft (6).
4. Place the upper pressing cone (2).
5. Put the plug (8) into the wall socket.
6. Cut the citrus fruit into halves.
7. Press each half onto the pressing cone. The pressure applied to the pressing cone will turn the motor
on. The motor automatically changes directions when it is switched on and off. The changeof direction
increases the juice collected.
8. Remove the pulp dish from the juice container.
9. Rotate the juice container anticlockwise and remove it from the motor unit.
10. Pour the juice into a glass.
