GRAVEDA® offers its customers a free warranty service (Note: This applies
only if the device functions properly in accordance with the operating
instructions).
The warranty does not cover accessories such as glass fittings (the plate or
other elements) or bateries.
If an improper, incorrect, or intentional use or maintenance of the press is
detected, the company will not be liable for any damages caused by end-
users in accordance with the guidelines provided (including the detection of
an inadequate maintenance or handling procedure of the press).
We do not accept any liability for damage or injury caused by an improper
use or an incorrect connection of the press. The same applies to the existing
air compressor or other accessories that are not included in the delivery
package. The company is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of
the device or an incorrect handling of the press (including third parties).
All spare parts are available at market price at GRAVEDA®'s headquarters.
Enquiries should be made by email to info@graveda.de as soon as possible.
Please pack the product properly before sending it to our repair centre.
If there are some possible complaints, you will mention the unexpected
situations you have had with the machine for your convenience. All queries
will be solved by our qualified professionals in a short period of time.
