Solution
• Ensure the battery pack is inserted correctly.
See Inserting the Battery Pack.
• Replace the battery pack.
Allow the battery pack to recharge before
unplugging the label maker.
• Remove jammed label; replace label cassette.
• Clean cutter blade.
