property damage sustained by or through the misuse of this product. Save these instructions for future reference.
1. Please carefully read all warnings and instructions in this manual prior to assembly and first-time use.
2. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of this product are informed of all warnings.
3. This product is designed for consumer use only. Do not use it in a commercial, rental or institutional setting.
4. Keep this product indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not install it near a pool, hot tub or other damp
locations. Corrosion caused by installation in these locations can lead to premature failure of components.
5. Never allow more than one person to use the equipment at the same time.
6. This product is designed for physical exercise by adults; it is not suitable for use by persons under 14 years
of age. Keep children and pets away from this product at all times.
7. Disabled persons should not use the equipment without the assistance of a qualified person.
8. Place the product on a level surface, with at least 90 cm (3 feet) of clearance around it. To protect the floor or
carpet from damage, place a mat under it.
9. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing or jewelry while using this product. Stay clear of all moving
components and always wear athletic shoes while exercising.
10. Never operate the equipment if it is not functioning correctly. Replace any worn or damaged parts
immediately and do not use until the machine has been repaired.
11. Use the bench only as described in this manual, do not let anyone modify it or invent exercises.
12. This machine meets industry standards for stability when used for its intended purpose in accordance with
the instructions provided. Using the machine for support during stretching or attaching resistance straps,
ropes or other means to it, may result in serious injury.
13. Over-exercising may result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain while
exercising, stop immediately and cool down.
14. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
15. Make sure all locking mechanisms are properly secured before using the unit.
16. Do not store a loaded barbell on the cage for an extended period of time to prevent the bar from bending.
17. Always add or remove equal amounts of weight on each side of the barbell to prevent it from tipping over.
18. Add or remove one disc at a time per side on the barbell and alternate sides. The difference in load between
sides should never exceed 45 lb depending on the set of weight discs being used.
19. We recommend that you always use weight retention devices on barbells. If available, use the safety hooks
on the uprights to prevent the barbell from tipping over when adding or removing weight.
20. This piece of equipment includes floor anchors that allow the user to mount the equipment to the
floor. Floor mounting is optional but highly recommended as it increases stability in pieces of
equipment that are used often or used with heavy weight. Mounting hardware IS NOT PROVIDED, but
can easily be obtained at your local hardware store. Find a qualified store employee to help you
select the proper type of hardware for your type of installation; whether it'd be into concrete, or a
wooden sub-floor, etc.
