this instruction manual may cause serious personal

Tool Operation:
• Always wear eye, hearing, and hand protection when
operating power cutting tools. Properly secure and support
the work piece. Do not secure only by hand or body.
• This product is designed to cut sheets of cold-rolled steel,
aluminum, tin, and others up to 1.6mm.
• This product features two cutting blades, each with four
cutting edges. When the edge is dull, sharpen or rotate
to an unused cutting edge. Maintain sharp cutting edge
will reduce likelihood of the tool binding and loss of
user control.
Blade Adjustment:
1. Loosen the nut #1, loosen the M3 hex screw #2 under the
blade seat with a hex wrench, and then loosen the M2 hex
bolt #3 with a hex key wrench.
2. Using a feeler gauge by inserting it between the blade as
shown below, adjust the blade to 1/10 of the thickness of
the desired metal to be cut by tightening the hex bolt #3
until the blade touches the feeler gauge.
3. Tighten the M3 hex screw #2 securely. Check to see if the
clearance is too tight by moving the feeler gauge. Tighten
nut #1 securely after adjustment has been made.
4. If the blade clearance is too large, the cut edge of the metal
will be rough. If the blade clearance is too tight, the cutting
speed will be affected. If cutting a curve, adjust the blade
clearance larger to facilitate the operation.
