INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

• The scale works with 1 lithium battery of 3 V. type CR2032 (included).
Remove the protection label from the battery for the scale to work. If necessary open
the lid of the battery compartment.
• When the scale is on and the digits "0.0" showed on the display, you can select the
weight you want by pressing "UNIT": kg (kilograms) - lb (pounds).
GETTING WEIGHED
• Get straight on the scale by putting first one foot slowly on the platform and then
the other.
SET PERSONAL DATA
• The scale has the option to weigh and get fat percentage and body water, upon
introduction and memorization prides itself on the following data: sex, age and
height. The scale has data capacity of 10 people.
• To insert the data in the memory follow the next steps.
• Press "SET". The display will show corresponding to one of the ten memories of the
scale between P01 and P10. Immediately and using buttons "up" (4) or "down" (5)
look "P01" to enter data for a person and press "SET" to set. It appears intermittently
the symbol that correspond with the male or female. With the same buttons (4 and
5) select male or female and press "SET" to fix it.
• The digits corresponding with the age will flash, next to the "AGE" indication. Use
these buttons to select and press "SET" to set. The height will be flashing.
• Using the same buttons 4 and 5, set the height and press "SET" to memorize.
• The data of the selected number person is memorized. Wait for the digits "0.0"
appear on the screen and then the scale switches off.
• Repeat all the process with all the people that are going to use the scale.
