Cupcakes
Ingredients:

2 eggs
•
1/2 cup oil
•
1 cup sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
1 cup flour
•
1 tsp baking soda
Steps:
•
Mix together well your ingredients, then fold in the pecans and carrots.
•
Pour into your maker.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
•
Serve with butter cream frosting.
