6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 Safety Precautions
All maintenance, cleaning, appliance repair must be done with an unplugged (isolated from all electrical
sources).
The use of caustic detergents and baking soda for cleaning is forbidden. The water does not get inside the
unit.
Never immerse the device in water or other liquid.
Use Casselin branded products designed for this purpose.
WARNING
The device can not be cleaned by direct water stream (no water jet under pressure).
6.2 Daily maintenance
exterior:
Wash gently lid (including the air inlet holes) by means of a cloth or a soft sponge and a soap or
a mild detergent with warm water to remove dirt and dirt.
interior: Excel recommends inspecting the inside of the hand dryer and clean it if necessary at least once a
year, or if the performance decreases. More intensive use or environment that contains fluff, dust or other
particles excessive require more frequent cleaning. Lint on the air intake, prefilter or other internal parts of
the hand dryer will reduce efficiency and shorten the life of working parts.
Turn off the power of the hand dryer at the hookup. Use the lock wrench and pull down the lock bolt located
cover by lifting up to remove the base plate cover. Gently clean all parts with a small soft brush. Unclip
strainer, rinse with water and dry. Reinstall.
6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance of the apparatus
daily checking for damage in the power cord. Never use the appliance when the cord is damaged. If the cord
has defects, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
In case of failure, please contact your dealer.
Any maintenance or repair should be performed only by a professional.
NOTE
In case of disjunction, unplug the appliance, let it cool and contact your dealer. If the unit fails to start, check
your power cord. The device must not be plugged into a power strip, but directly to a wall outlet. For any other
abnormality, contact your dealer.
NOTE
Waste used devices: any old appliance must, upon disposal, observe the regulations of the country *. It is
imperative to make it unusable before disposal by removing the power cable.
