Slide two rubber bumper (54#) down along the guide rods (18#). And then place 11 pcs 5-kg weight plate(34#) along
the guide rods ,Make sure all the groove face front and downwards.Insert the selector rod(20#) into the center hole and
place the small 2.5-Kg weight plate (35 #) above the other weight plates.
Select the desired weight with the L shape Lock pin(48#) when using this model.
