• Pressing the switch I, you can implement the speed
control to fit the speed you need. But switch II is
immutable.
• Always unplug blender if left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food
before you use the appliance for the first time.
PREPARE FOR USE
1 Let hot ingredients cool down before you chop them, blend them or pour them into the beaker (max.
temperature 80°C).
2 Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before you process them.
3 Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the wall socket.
USING THE APPLIANCE
The hand blender is perfectly suited for
preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise
and baby food as well as for mixing and
milkshakes.
1. Insert the blender stick onto the motor
unit until it locks.
2. Introduce the hand blender in the vessel,
then transfer inching switch and press the
switch to operate it. Press the switchⅠor
switchⅡ to operate it.
3. Use the hand blender for no longer than
1 minute.
4. Caution: the blade is very sharp!
5. Caution: Don't operate food without water!
