Mounting the wheel guard (figure 3).
For all work except for cut-off
WARNING
grinding.
Release clamping lever.
Insert the nose of the wheel guard into the
groove of the power tool.
Turn the wheel guard to the requested work-
ing position, then clamp the wheel guard with
the clamping lever.
If the wheel guard is not tightly seated after
clamping, tighten the locking screw.
Mounting the cut-off wheel guard
(figure 4).
For cut-off grinding opera-

tions, always work with the
cut-off wheel guard mounted.
