ASSEMBLY
1) Locate a flat, dry area with access to electrical outlet or extension cord. The best
setup position will also make launching easy, so ideally the Summit Express tube
should be carefully carried into position at the water's edge.
NOTE: Dragging or sliding the Summit Express over ground either before or after
inflation can cause damage. It is best to attach Aquaglide items while they are
deflated. Once fully attached with Vario-Lock cinch straps, then inflate.
2) Once in the setup/ launch position, unfold the Summit Express completely and
locate the Main Valve. Remove the Main Valve cover and push valve plunger in. Twist
the valve stem 90 degrees to open or close the 1-Way valve feature.
3) Using a high output pump 1.8 psi (minimum), place the inflation hose with proper
adaptor into the Main Valve to inflate Summit Express. Inflate to MAIN [1] 0.6 psi
(0,041 bar),
SLIDE [2] 1.8 psi (0,124 bar), TOP TUBES [3] 1.8 psi (0,124 bar). Check for proper
air pressure using a manometer. After inflation, replace Main valve cover. Inflation times
can vary by inflator, but the Summit Express should be firm and tight when completely
inflated.
DO NOT OVER-FILL. Excessively high pressure can cause damage to the product
and may void the warranty. Carefully monitor air pressure in the product especially
during hot weather. Repeat this step for the secondary valve on the Summit Express.
Inflate to MAIN [1] 0.6 psi (0,041 bar), SLIDE [2] 1.8 psi (0,124 bar), TOP TUBES [3]
1.8 psi (0,124 bar). Check for proper air pressure using a manometer. After inflation
replace the main valve cover.
WARNING: Do not use an air compressor to inflate tube. Air compressors are de-
signed for high pressure inflation and can cause tube to burst if over-inflated.
WARNING: Do not use Summit Express without adequate air pressure MAIN [1] 0.6
psi (0,041 bar), SLIDE [2] 1.8 psi (0,124 bar), TOP TUBES [3] 1.8 psi (0,124 bar)
minimum.
4) You must use an Aquaglide accessory in order to board the product. Please follow
the Vario-Lock instructions in order to properrly connect Aquaglide items together.
5) To launch the product, make sure to have at least 4 people evenly spaced around
the product to help carry it. NEVER DRAG THE PRODUCT! YOU MUST LIFT AND SET
THE PRODUCT ON THE WATER TO AVOID ANY ACCIDENTAL TEARING AND/OR
ABRASION.
