ASSEMBLY
1) Locate a flat, dry area with access to electrical outlet or extension cord. Unroll and place the
PVC tube on the ground and locate the valve. Remove valve cover and push valve plunger in.
Twist the valve stem 90 degrees to open or close the 1-Way valve feature.
2) Using a high output inflator/deflator place the inflation hose with proper adaptor into the
valve. Inflate until tube is firm and tight, with the following pressures: Supertramp™ 14: 1.2
psi (0,083 bar), Supertramp™ 17: 0.8 psi (0,055 bar), Supertramp™ 23: 0.8 psi (0,055 bar).
Check for proper air pressure using a manometer. Inflation times can vary by inflator, but the
tube should be firm and tight when completely inflated. In hot weather, be sure to leave room
for air expansion. DO NOT OVER-FILL. After inflation, twist valve stem to prevent passage.
Replace cover.
Warning: Do not use an air compressor to inflate tube. Air compressors are designed for high
pressure inflation and can cause tube to burst if over-inflated. The inflator/deflator described
above cannot over-inflate the tube.
3) IMPORTANT: Once the tube is inflated, locate the Anchor Bridle and lay out 1 anchor bridle
webbing strap at EVERY OTHER CORNER (marked in Fig.1 as items A-D). As you assemble
frame pieces in the following instruction, you will slide the anchor bridle onto the frame at
these locations.
4) Locate the (8) steel frame pieces, protective sleeves and fastening hardware. Slide the pro-
tective sleeves over each bar before assembling. Use the straps to hold the frame in place.
Slide each bar into the bar holders and connect the frame bars at the point of each octagonal
corner. Do this by sliding the smaller end of bar into the larger end and secure with fastener
set using the included Allen wrench. NOTE: For long-term use, seal fastener bolt threads with
LocTite™ or similar Anti-seize lubricant. Make sure the spring slots are facing UPWARD and
the protective sleeves are on each bar before bolting them together.
5) IMPORTANT: Make sure to incorporate anchor bridle into frame as frame is assembled. Pull
the anchor bridle webbing through the bridle loop to make a 'cinch loop'. As frame is assem-
bled, slide the anchor bridle onto the frame at every other corner.
