Vertical alignment of the body and adjustment of
the 45° tilt (see fig. 8-10)
• Position the body for carriage
• Loosen clamping handle 26 and set the body tilt
angle (90° or 45°) Tighten clamping handle 26
• Place the sides of an alignment setsquare 90° or 45°
(depending on the angle to align) to the surface of saw
blade 9 and turntable 12 If the setsquare sides join the
surfaces of saw blade 9 and turntable 12 tightly, then
alignment is not needed, otherwise you have to do it
Use bolt 39 and lock-nut 38 for vertical
alignment of the body (see fig. 8).
Use bolt 41 and lock-nut 40 for adjustment
of the body tilt angle 45° (see fig. 9).
• Loosen clamping handle 26
• Loosen the lock-nut
• Turning the adjustment bolt in or out, make the
sides of the 90° or 45° setsquare (depending on the
angle to adjust) join the surfaces of saw blade 9 and
turntable 12 tightly
• Tighten the lock-nut
• Loosen screw 44 and place indicator 43 to the 0° (on
scale 42) or 45° position (depending on the angle to
adjust), then tighten screw 44 (see fig. 10).
Retaining bar alignment (see fig. 11-12)
• Set the 0° horizontal cutting angle (the procedure is
described below)
• Position the body for carriage
• Place the sides of an alignment setsquare 90° to
the surface of saw blade 9 and retaining bar 10 If the
setsquare sides join the surfaces of saw blade 9 and
retaining bar 10 tightly, then alignment is not needed,
otherwise you have to do it
• Slacken butterfly screw 20 and turn off screw 45 with
screwdriver (see fig. 11.1).
• Remove movable parts 1 of retaining bar 10 to
access the fixing bolts 23 (see fig. 11.2).
• Slacken fixing bolts 23 with the help of Allen key 46
(not included in delivery set) and move retaining bar 10;
ensure that the sides of alignment setsquare 90° fit
tightly to the surface of circular saw blade 9 and to the
surface of retaining bar 10 (see fig. 12).
• Tighten fixing bolts 23 with the help of Allen key 46
(not included in delivery set)
• Install movable parts 1 of retaining bar 10 to its

Initial operation of the power tools
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted on
the power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off
Switching on:
Press blocking lever 7 with thumb of the right hand
(see fig. 13) - this will enable you to pull the power tool
body down Press on / off switch 18
Switching off:
Release on / off switch 18
Dust suction during the power tool op-
eration
Dust suction allows reducing dust concen-
tration in the air and prevents its accumula-
tion at the workplace
While operating the power tool, always use
dust bag 28 or a vacuum cleaner suitable for collecting
process-generated dust A special adapter is used to
join the vacuum cleaner to coupler 27
