CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE
Mix the chocolate ice-cream with milk, into the jar until all ingredients are completely mixed
together. Serve into a big and frozen glass with cocoa powder and a straw.
MILKSHAKE DELICE
Mix 1 1/2 spoon of barley powder, 3 vanilla ice-cream spoons and 2 cups of cold milk. Mix
for 10 secondes and milkshake is ready.
MAYONNAISE
Ingredients : 2 egg yolks, 200 g olive oil, 1/2 lemon (or 2 white wine vinegar spoons), salt
and pepper
The mayonnaise, for sure the most appreciated sauce in the world, can be bought already
done and the market can offer many high quality products. It is always a pleasure to pre-
pare the mayonnaise at home to appreciate a home made sauce.
How to prepare it, in both case : make sure to always use oil and eggs at room tempera-
ture (if too cold, the mayonnaise won't emulsified) ; pour oil drop by drop as well as lemon
or vinegar.
if the mayonnaise is not emulsified , try again from the beginning and prepare another
mixture with 1 egg yolk and add drop by drop the last mixture.
Pour the 1 egg and 1 egg yolk into the glass, add salt, pepper and 2 olive oil spoons with
a little lemon juice. Mix for few seconds to high speed. When the ingredients are all mixed,
add the rest of olive oil and lemon juice, mix for one minute. If necessary, taste it for salt
and pepper addition.
Pour into a sauce container and keep it into the fridge.
