The Chrono Diamond® watch you are holding in your hands, is the result of a meticulous
elaboration process done by highly qualified watchmakers. In order to serve the best product
to our customers, Chrono Diamond® watches undergo the strictest quality controls.
You may clearly identify your Chrono Diamond® watch through the serial number engraved
on the back of the watch case. Please make sure that a Certificate of Authenticity has been
supplied together with your watch. Otherwise no guarantee conditions will apply.
Guarantee will apply within 24 months starting up from date of purchase. During this period,
defective watches will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. Should a guarantee service be
required, please send it to the official Chrono-Diamond® Service Center. For this please go to
the web site www.chrono-diamond.com under „Service" and follow the described advices.
The international guarantee does not cover the following matters:
- glass
- strap
- battery
- damages not attributable to material or manufacturing defects. These are, e.g. violent
shocks, extreme temperatures and strong magnetic fields, as well as those resulting from
handling by individuals not authorized by Chrono Diamond®
Should your watch require any spare parts or service which is not covered under the terms of
the international guarantee, please contact the official Chrono Diamond ® Service Center at
www.chrono-diamond.com under "Contact". You will receive a written estimate of costs for
your approval and payment before any work is undertaken.
