After a few seconds your Hub must show a green light next to
the Ethernet cable connection.
If that does not happen connect it to another port or restart
the router. In case the green light still does not appear on the
Hub please contact our Customer Support Service. The first
communication between the Hub and the Cloogy
portal
®
can take up to 30 minutes. If after this period, no data is
available on the portal check if the devices of your Cloogy
®
kit are paired:
Portal and click on Settings
• Enter the Cloogy
®
• Click on the Devices tab
• If the status of any of the devices is red (not paired) it is
necessary to pair it. Check the Pairing section (page 24).
If the problems persist, please contact our Customer
Support Service.
