Connect the appliance to the Power Plug.

The first communication between the Power Plug and the
Cloogy
portal might take up to 30 minutes. If after this

period no data is available on the portal, bring the Power Plug
closer to the Hub and wait a few minutes. If this procedure
does not work, check if the Power Plug is paired:
• Enter the Cloogy
Portal and click on Settings
®
• Click on the Devices tab
• If the status of the Power Plug is red (not paired) it is
necessary to pair it. Check the Pairing section (page 24).
If the problems persist, please contact our Customer
Support Service.
