With this cream aeration machine that incorporates air using compressed N
sauces.
NOTE:
Before using the gourmet whip cream whipper, read these instructions carefully:
1- Before using the whipper for the first time, or if you have not used it for a long time, rinse the bottle first with hot water, and then with cold water before filling it
with cream.
2- Fill with refrigerated fresh cream or with other ingredients depending on the recipe. Do not fill the whipper with more than thequantity indicated on the bottle
(0.25 -0.50-1 Lts., depending on the model). When preparing recipes with solid ingredients, dissolve these first in oder to avoid lumping.
3- Place the gasket inside the head and screw head on to bottle without over tightening. The head is correctly in place when no thread is visible.
4- Insert the cream charger 8 grs. N
5- Screw the charger holder onto the inlet valve until the charger content is released with a hissing sound. Use 1 charger for each filling (2 chargers with 1 litre
bottles). Shake the bottle four or five times in a vertical direction. When using well-cooled light cream or other mixtures, shake up to ten times. Unscrew the charger
holder and the charger. The light hissing sound while unscrewing is normal. Remove and discard empty steel chargers.
6- To dispense the cream, hold whipper vertically (with the decorating nozzle pointing downwards) about 1 cm above the surface. To decorate press the lever lightly.
If the whipped cream is not sufficiently thick, shake once more. When using later, it is not necessary to shake again.
7- Always keep the whipper in the refrigerator (never in the freezer).
8- Storage when filled: remove the decorating nozzle from the nozzle adapter, rinse thoroughly and put nozzle back on. After use, place the whipper in the
refrigerator. The content will stay fresh for several days.
9- Cleaning and storage of empty whipper - before opening, allow remaining pressure to escape by pressing the lever.
10- Unscrew the head and remove the gasket and decorating nozzle. Hold end of valve inside the head while unscrewing the nozzle adapter with the other hand.
a- Thoroughly clean each component with a mild detergent and a brush.
b- Allow the parts to dry and store head bottle separately.
c- Do not clean any component of the whipper in boiling water.
d- Some dishwashing detergents can be very harsh, and we therefore do not recommend cleaning the whipper in the dishwasher.
PRACTICAL TIPS:
1- Before filling the whipper, chill it using cold water or by lacing it in the refrigerator.
2- Use soluble ingredients only. Insoluble substances such as seeds, pulps, etc. may clog the inlet valve closure or could affect the proper functioning of the whipper.
3- Powdered sugar or liquid sweeteners are preferable for sweetening. Granulated sugar and salt should be dissolved a head of time in water or milk. use spices in
powdered or liquid forms only.
4- Excess shaking will make the whipper cream very thick. We therefore recommend shaking only 3 or 4 times. Do not shake it every time you use it. Mixtures with
cream and other liquids must be shaken well, and more frequently.
5- Use the whipper upside-down (with the decorator tip downward) or the pressure will escape and part of the mixture will remain inside the whipper.
6- For better results, serve immediately after removing the charger.
7- For longer storage times, store the head and the bottle separately.
