3.1 Manual for cooling – vacuum - set
■
Please remove the water out of the cooling system as completely as possible.
■
Assemble and adequate adapter to the cooling water tank. (photo 5)
■
Hang the radiator vacuum device to the hood in order that the cooling adapter
connection no. 9 extends to the cooling water tank.
■
Connect the cooling adapter hose no. 9 to the adapter.
■
Check and make sure that all switches are in „OFF" position.
■
Connect the thin hose no. 11 to the connector no. 6 and the cooling water hose no.
12 to the cooling water hose adapter no. 8.
■
Connect the compressed air line to the compressed air connection no. 4, then press the
button no. 5 to "ON". Then open the stopcock for air no. 3 (see photo 6)
■
Close the stopcock for air no. 3 when having reached a negative pressure
of -0,6 ~ -0,8 bar. (see photo 7)
■
If there is only insuffi cient vacuum generated, please check fi rst the input pressure. Then
press the button no. 5 to „OFF".
3.2 Refi lling of the cooling water
■
Before refi lling the cooling water, please make sure that the stopcock for air no. 3 is
closed.
■
Open the stopcock for cooling water no. 7 in order that the coolant can be sucked into
the cooling system (see photo 8)
■
The process is terminated when the pointer returns to the „ZERO" position.
