Select the suitable temperature setting from the table. Place the
pan on the hotplate.

Select the hotplate using the Tipp control. Press the

The indicator next to the temperature symbol stays lit until the
frying temperature is reached. A beep will then sound and the
indicator will go out.

Turning off the deep-frying function
Select the hotplate and press the
Table
The table shows which temperature setting is suitable for each
type of food. The cooking time may vary according to the type,
weight, thickness and quality of the food.
The heat setting selected depends on the type of pan used.
Within the next 5 seconds, select the required temperature
setting using the Tipp control.
The deep-frying function has been activated.
Add oil or butter to the pan followed by the food.
As usual, turn the food over to avoid burning.
