PREPARATION OF THE PASTEURIZER
Place the pasteurizer on a working table or on a support near a sink and faucet
1. Remove the inner vat of the pasteurizer
2. Fill the inner vat with milk
At this stage, it is possible to add milk powder (2 to 3%)
to thicken the "consistency" of the yoghurts
3. Put the lid back on and place the inner vat on the
P 9000 2 supports (external vat)
4. Close the lid using the retaining spring by
attaching it to the 2 support brackets of the inner
vat
the rubber ball must obstruct the hole in the inner vat's lid
5. Attach the hoses to the 2 taps
5.1. top tap : 18x23
To drain the water during the cooling cycle and
avoid overfilling
5.2. bottom tap : 14x24
To empty the water bath
6. Install the water bath filling hose
To fill the water bath, open the water tap until
overflowing
Close the tap when the water starts pouring
through the overflow, remove the supply hose
and put the external vat lid on
(with the largest inner Ø)
