if it is working dry. It is a parameter that directly affects the useful life
of motors.
In this section we enable the detection of dry work individually for each
pump, allowing to select the sensitivity we want for this detection. Note
that a system with high sensitivity can cause erroneous detections, and
a setting with low sensitivity may not detect a dry work even when it
is in progress.
As long as the device's power supply is three-phase, we can enable
and disable the monitoring of the electrical network, which will warn
us in case it detects that a phase is missing from the power supply or
that the power phases do not keep a correct sequence between them.
Also for three-phase equipment, in case the system detects that one of
the three phases of the motor is consuming a significant value below
the other two phases, we can enable this detection, which will inform
the installer in order to avoid a future problem on the pump motor.
Also, we have control over the frequency of system starts, which in
case of being very frequent may indicate an anomaly in the hydraulic
installation which, if corrected quickly, can extend the useful life of
the motors.
We also have a setting that prevents the system pump(s) from remaining
for many days without starting. To do this, if we enable this function,
we can configure every few days of inactivity we force a start of a few
seconds, preventing the motor from locking.
By default disabled, we can schedule the activation and deactivation
of pump 1, pump 2, both pumps at the same time, relay output 1 and
relay output 2.
We can program the activation of relays 1 or 2, individually, starting
pump 1, starting pump 2, failure of pump 1, failure of pump 2, tank
overfilled, the push of the manual stop button or the activation of the
automatic stop system.
We can view the operating hours of pump 1 and pump 2 individually.
We have an independent register for pump 1 and pump 2 where we
can check over time the failures due to over consumption or dry work
that they have had. We have 40 records per pump where we can see
the time and date that the failure occurred.
The device software version is displayed.
The factory reset will erase all existing device settings except the
working hours of the pumps and their fault history.
