Trouble Shooting
If your britebox is having technical difficulties then please follow the directions
below.
Make sure that all leads are fully connected and the mains/britebox is switched
on.
Check that the fuse has not blown in the mains plug.
If the britebox is receiving power (the LED power indicator will be on, (see fig 7.))
but the LED panels are not lit, then please refer to the error flash LED (top right
panel (see fig 8)).
If the error flash LED is flashing then please note the number of flashes (see error
flash table below).
If the error flash LED flashes 2, 3, or 4 times then please check if the vents are
being obscured or, are you using the product within a high ambient/room
temperature? (above 40degrees). If so then please use within an air conditioned
environment or at a cooler time of the day
Error flashes on top right panel signal LED (see fig 8).
2 flashes Right panel over temperature (fan failure)
3 flashes Left panel over temperature (fan failure)
4 flashes Timer over temperature, fan failure or high ambient temperature
5 flashes Power supply over volts >25.5v
6 flashes Power supply under volts <21.5v or excessive load
7 flashes Internal error or excessive load
